We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, statutory compliance (ESI, PF), and financial record maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Tally ERP, be familiar with labour law compliance, and ensure accuracy in all accounting and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally ERP (entries, ledgers, vouchers, receipts, and payments).
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements, cash flow statements, and maintain petty cash records.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing, including ESI & PF calculations, challan preparation, and online filing.
  • Ensure timely TDS, GST, ESI, and PF returns submission.
  • Maintain employee records, salary registers, attendance data, and statutory compliance files.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance).
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Maintain vendor invoices, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking.
  • Keep proper documentation of bills, vouchers, receipts, and ensure smooth accounting workflow.
  • Generate MIS reports for management decision-making.
  • Support management with financial planning, cost tracking, and compliance documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (latest version) — mandatory.
  • Knowledge of PF, ESI, GST, and TDS filing procedures.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of payroll and HR statutory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
