  • Handling customers, phone calls, appointments, and customer communications.
  • Managing walk-in customers for admissions.
  • Facilitating and documenting admissions.
  • Building rapport and establishing good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Managing the entire facility.
  • Leading customer engagement initiatives to build customer relationships and retention.

Requirements:

  • A team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
  • Previous customer care experience preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability).
  • Candidate should have knowledge of MS Office.
  • Candidate should have good communication in English.
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer support service.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Medavakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • total work: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
