Job Summary:

The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all electrical systems and equipment in the plant to ensure uninterrupted production and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance:
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspection of electrical systems, machines, and equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults in machinery, control panels, and wiring systems.
• Replace defective components, wiring, and electrical parts as needed.
• Installation & Upgrades:
• Install new electrical systems, panels, and equipment as per project requirements.
• Support upgrades of production lines and plant infrastructure.
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure all electrical work follows company safety protocols and statutory regulations.
• Maintain proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance activities.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain records of all maintenance work, breakdowns, and spare parts used.
• Report major issues and suggest improvements for long-term reliability.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and safety teams to minimize downtime.
• Assist in training operators on basic equipment handling and safety practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or relevant field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician in manufacturing/industrial setup.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, PLC wiring, and power distribution systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
