Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Key responsibilities include attending to daily equipment breakdowns, executing preventive maintenance plans, and implementing improvements to increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).

Additional duties involve providing feedback and updates to the preventive maintenance system and participating in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Quality, and Compliance initiatives.

Required skills and qualifications include experience with electrical systems, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

  • Report any major injury hazards or incidents immediately.

  • Collaborate with peers and support teams to reduce manufacturing constraints.
  • Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement activities.
