About the Role:
We are looking for Management Trainees who are eager to learn and build a career in Marketing. Freshers with exposure to AI-based marketing tools or certifications in digital marketing will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in marketing campaign execution (offline & digital).
- Support content development, social media, and research tasks.
- Learn and implement AI-powered marketing tools for automation & insights.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide reports and presentations on campaign performance.
Requirements:
- MBA/BBA/Graduate with specialization in Marketing preferred.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
- Certifications in AI tools/digital marketing is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and creativity.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
