We need Management Trainee-ICWA for our company Healthcare Products Pvt Ltd at Prithla, Palwal (HR) location with following criteria : Qualification : I.C.W.A or any relevant Qualification Experience required for the Job : years Salary : as per industry norms Key skills : Cost Accounting We are looking to hire a Cost Accountant with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Cost accountants are expected to be detailed oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines and ready to travel other plant in other state whenever it required. To ensure success, Cost accountants should be confident, professional, and meticulous with a keen interest in the cost-efficient operations of the organization. Top candidates will have outstanding presentation and report-writing skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Cost Accountant Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization. 2. Analyse and recommend costs and cost savings. 3. Prepare and complete internal cost audits. 4. Analyse any changes in goods or services provided to determine what effect it has on the cost. 5. Analyse manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. 6. Make estimates of new and proposed product costs. 7. Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect the prices and profitability of products or services. 8. Good report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
