We are seeking an experienced All India Assistant Sales Manager to support and lead merchandisers and demonstrators across regions. This role focuses on driving product awareness, ensuring high-quality demonstrations, and strengthening customer engagement within the home appliances segment. The position is ideal for a hands-on sales professional who enjoys field coordination, product education, and working closely with both internal teams and external partners to enhance sales effectiveness nationwide.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support merchandisers and demonstrators by delivering clear, engaging, and effective product demonstrations.
  • Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and channel partners to ensure strong product knowledge and consistent messaging.
  • Act as a point of contact for handling customer queries related to product usage, features, and basic troubleshooting in a polite and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries received through email and online marketplaces, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of demonstration activities across locations.
  • Monitor field performance, gather market feedback, and share insights to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Maintain basic sales and demonstration records, reports, and communication using standard office tools.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a positive customer experience during all demonstrations and interactions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You are a graduate with 4–8 years of experience in sales demonstrations, preferably within home appliances or consumer durables.
  • You have strong communication skills in English and are confident interacting with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable delivering live product demonstrations and explaining features in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
  • You possess basic computer skills, including the ability to work with simple Excel reports and email communication.
  • You are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple activities across regions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • You enjoy working in a people-facing role that blends sales support, training, and customer interaction.
  • You bring a proactive attitude, willingness to travel as required, and the ability to represent products professionally across diverse markets.
