Job Title : nCino LeadExperience : 9 YearsLocation : BangaloreJob Description :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced nCino Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, extensive hands-on experience in nCino UI Group, Routes, and Screens, and excellent client-handling capabilities. This role requires both technical proficiency and leadership skills to contribute to nCino-specific functionalities and drive solution design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :Lead and contribute to the design and development of nCino-specific functionalities and product customization. Configure and demonstrate custom fields and page layouts within the nCino environment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship on product setup, system administration, and functional/architectural processes.

Guide architecture discussions, data modeling, and finalization of go-to strategies related to data and system setups. Design and critique data modeling to support business dashboards, reporting, and data consolidation needs. Stay updated with nCino platform advancements, proactively assessing new features and functionalities.

Collaborate with global teams to finalize requirements and optimize product fitment with out-of-the-box setups while minimizing customizations. Hands-on experience in configuring nCino UI Group, Routes, Screens, and System Administration settings. Configure product catalog, product package, entities involvement, exposure, collateral management, covenants, etc.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications :9 years of experience in the IT industry with strong expertise in nCino and Salesforce platforms. Proven experience in nCino UI Group, Routes, Screens configuration.

Strong understanding of nCino setup, system administration, and architecture design. Proficiency in Salesforce customization, including fields, objects, page layouts, workflows, and automation. Experience in data modeling to support business intelligence and reporting.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a global delivery model. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent client-handling skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder management.

Ability to lead technical discussions, drive decision-making, and mentor junior team members. )
