About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong hands on expertise in AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms, automation, and infrastructure as code. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure while driving continuous integration and delivery across multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring modularity, version control, and multi-environment consistency (Dev, UAT, Prod).
  • Architect and maintain secure, highly available network topologies using AWS VPC / GCP VPC, subnets, route tables, NAT gateways, and load balancers.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or AWS CodePipeline for both applications and infrastructure.
  • Deploy, scale, and manage applications using Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and Helm,ensuring reliability, observability, and zero-downtime deployments.
  • Configure and optimize monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Cloud Monitoring, and define alerting for proactive issue detection.
  • Implement least privilege access using IAM roles and service accounts, manage secrets securely (AWS Secrets Manager / GCP Secret Manager), and ensure SSL/TLS automation.
  • Automate operational tasks (patching, provisioning, certificate rotation) using Python, Bash, or Ansible.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous reliability improvements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience.
  • Strong expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP core services (EC2/Compute Engine, S3/Cloud
  • Storage, RDS/Cloud SQL, IAM, VPC, Load Balancers).
  • Proficient with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and Helm for application deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or CodePipeline).
  • Solid understanding of networking, security groups/firewalls, and load balancing.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch,Cloud Logging).
  • Good scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation.
