Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint components like web parts, workflows, site templates, and custom integrations.
  • Ensure high code quality with attention to performance, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members, review code, and drive adherence to coding standards and agile practices.
  • Act as a single point of contact for application issues, enhancements, and system improvements.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., SharePoint Developer Certification)
  • Experience working in a legal services firm or enterprise-level corporate environment.
  • Understanding of document management systems and legal workflows (added advantage)
