Role & responsibilities

1. Human Resource Management:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff, workers, and contract employees including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift schedules through HRMS or manual systems.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based) and support in preparing promotion or increment proposals.
  • Handle employee grievances, counseling, and disciplinary actions in coordination with plant management.
  • Drive training & development programs to enhance productivity and skills for both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ensure HR policies are communicated and followed across the organization.

2. Statutory Compliance & Payroll:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws including:

  • Factories Act

  • ESIC, EPF, Bonus Act, Gratuity
  • Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act

  • Minimum Wages and Payment of Wages Acts

  • Liaise with government departments, labor inspectors, and third-party agencies during audits and inspections.

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, salary disbursement, statutory deductions, and payslip generation.
  • Maintain and file periodic returns & registers as required under law.

3. General Affairs / Administration:

  • Oversee facility management including housekeeping, security, transport, pantry, and office supplies.
  • Monitor canteen operations, drinking water availability, and hygiene in factory premises.
  • Supervise company asset management, repair & maintenance coordination, and infrastructure needs.
  • Organize company events, festivals, welfare programs, and meetings.
  • Manage vendor relationships for outsourced services such as security, housekeeping, pest control, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Automobile industry (preferred) or manufactured company.
  • Over 3 years experience.
  • Korean interpreter candidate
