Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and leading a small development team. The role involves working on high-quality applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
  • Work extensively with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Lead and mentor team members, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout project lifecycle.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Java (Core & Advanced).
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices.
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
  • Experience in client handling and team management is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
