Overview: The Frontend Heavy Full Stack Software Development Engineer II (SDE2) with expertise in React and React Native plays a crucial role in our organization by leading the development of responsive, user-friendly web and mobile applications. This role is essential for ensuring seamless user experiences and driving the innovation of our digital products.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop web and mobile applications using React and React Native
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Implement responsive and adaptive interfaces that work flawlessly across a range of devices and platforms
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Participate in architectural and design discussions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in frontend and/or full stack development
  • Proficiency in React and React Native
  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with API integration and third-party libraries
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow industry best practices
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment processes
