Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on real-world applications such as NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and GenAI-based systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building machine learning models, optimizing performance, and integrating models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning & Deep Learning models.
  • Work on end-to-end AI/ML pipelines: data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment.
  • Implement GenAI and LLM-based solutions (GPT, Llama, Claude, open-source models).
  • Work on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and design AI-driven solutions.
  • Deploy models using Docker, FastAPI, Flask, or cloud services.
  • Conduct A/B testing, performance monitoring & fine-tuning.
  • Research and implement new techniques, tools, or open-source AI solutions.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code.

Required Technical Skills

Programming: Python (must), SQL, Shell scripting

ML Libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras

GenAI Tools: LangChain/LangGraph, HuggingFace, OpenAI API, LlamaIndex

Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Vector DBs (Pinecone / Weaviate / FAISS / ChromaDB)

NLP: Transformers, embeddings, text classification, sentiment analysis

MLOps: Docker, CI/CD, Git, FastAPI/Flask

Cloud (Plus Point): AWS / Azure / GCP deployments

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning / model distillation
  • Knowledge of multi-agent frameworks or agent orchestration
  • Experience in computer vision or time-series forecasting
  • Understanding of data privacy & responsible AI principles
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes / Airflow / MLflow
