We're Hiring: Accounts Executive – Smaaash Entertainment | Andheri East, Mumbai

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (net take-home, as per interview performance)

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday Off

Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, reconciliations, GST, TDS, and general accounting tasks.

Experience from a CA firm (up to 2 years) or a corporate environment (up to 3 years) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Verification and booking of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness.

Perform regular vendor reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records.

Coordinate with the operations team to resolve vendor-related queries.

Assist with GST compliance, including preparation of returns and maintaining input registers.

Manage TDS payments and assist in filing related returns.

Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely reporting.

Support general accounting tasks such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and compliance-related activities.

Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register with proper classification and depreciation records.

Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.

2 years of experience if from a CA firm, or up to 3 years in a corporate accounting role.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Excel.

Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in financial work.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
