Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Life Coach
who has previously worked in
luxury wellness resorts, retreats, or holistic wellness environments
.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding individuals through personal growth, emotional healing, and mindset transformation — supporting our guests in creating lasting lifestyle change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and group life coaching sessions aligned with guests' wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with the medical, fitness, yoga, nutrition, and healing teams to deliver integrated wellness programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions on mindfulness, personal empowerment, and self-awareness.
  • Support guests through emotional challenges and help them identify limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest sessions and progress.
  • Contribute to developing new wellness programs and transformation-focused offerings.
  • Uphold Atmantan's philosophy of compassionate, holistic care in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    as a Life Coach or Wellness Counsellor in a
    luxury wellness resort, spa, or retreat environment
    .
  • Certified Life Coach (ICF or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong communication and empathetic listening skills.
  • Deep understanding of holistic wellness, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness team.
  • Calm, grounded, and inspiring presence that fosters trust and transformation.
