Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers handling Working Capital, CC, OD, and Term Loans in the retail / SME segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business banking products and proven experience in managing and growing customer portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of retail & SME clients.
  • Source and process Working Capital, Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), and Term Loan proposals.
  • Analyze financial statements, ITRs, and banking profiles for credit assessment.
  • Ensure timely renewals, account monitoring, and compliance with bank norms.
  • Drive new client acquisition through branch and market references.
