Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UX/UI Design Expert located in New Delhi. The UX/UI Design Expert will be responsible for employing design thinking techniques, developing visual designs, conducting user experience design (UED) initiatives, performing user research, and building prototypes. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research
  • Strong Visual Design and User Experience Design (UED) skills
  • Experience in Prototyping
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of industry-standard design tools and software
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Background in technology or legal industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
