Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach and ensuring we achieveour revenue and growth goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets acrossall GHRC offerings. Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, andsponsors.
Drive the growth of GHRC's membership base and promote various offerings,including directory listings, events, and training programs. Lead the sales of sponsorship packages and other strategic opportunities to enhanceGHRC's market presence. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoingcampaigns.
Maintain and manage a sales pipeline, providing regular reports on progress to theCEO Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-termpartnerships. Provide post-sale support to ensure client retention and loyalty. Key Requirements: 6-8 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B, HR, or professional services sectors.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Familiarity with the HR industry and community-driven platforms is a plus. What
