Arthur Lawrence is seeking a Software Asset Specialist to manage software licenses, ensure vendor compliance, and optimize license usage across the organization to reduce risk and control costs for a client in Chennai, India.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and track software licenses, entitlements, and subscriptionsEnsure compliance with vendor contracts and licensing termsSupport audits and respond to vendor inquiriesOptimize software usage and identify licensing risksMaintain data accuracy in SAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow)Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Security on renewals and true-upsDeliver reports and insights on software compliance and cost optimizationRequirements:5+ years in Software Asset ManagementStrong knowledge of licensing models and SAM toolsFamiliarity with ITIL and ITAM standardsStrong analytical and vendor management skillsAbout Us:
