About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled QA & Project Manager to oversee both quality assurance and project delivery for our software products. This role requires a unique combination of technical QA expertise and project management experience to ensure timely, high-quality releases while leading cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance Leadership
  • Lead and mentor the QA team (manual and automation).
  • Define and implement QA processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and automation for web, mobile, and API layers.
  • Ensure defect-free releases through functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Track, report, and communicate testing progress and quality metrics.
  • Evaluate and implement QA tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency.

Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Define project objectives, milestones, and timelines in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and standardize QA + project management practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software QA and project management, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and delivering them successfully.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or similar.
  • Experience in People and Product management
