Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Arc Welder to join our Aditya craft & design Co. manufacturing/maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks to support the fabrication, repair, and assembly of metal structures, ensuring strength, durability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform arc welding on various metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Set up welding equipment, select appropriate electrodes, and adjust settings as required.
• Inspect and test welded joints to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Repair and maintain metal equipment, tools, and machinery parts.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an arc welder or similar role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and weld symbols.
• Knowledge of different welding techniques and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in different conditions.
• ITI / Diploma in Welding or relevant certification preferred.
