Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage comprehensive SEO strategies covering off-page, on-page, and technical SEO to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and maximize online visibility.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and optimize website content, structure, metadata, and internal linking to ensure best practices.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions while optimizing budget spend.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing and YouTuber outreach campaigns to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Develop and manage press release outreach strategies, including crafting compelling press releases, distributing them to targeted media outlets, and building strong media relationships to secure positive coverage and backlinks.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for all digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO and ad platforms; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO algorithm updates, competitive landscape, and emerging tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and marketing strategies.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships related to SEO, advertising, influencer campaigns, and PR outreach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, paid advertising, and PR outreach.
- Hands-on experience with all aspects of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, influencer/YouTuber collaborations, and press release distribution.
- Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer or YouTuber partnerships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading marketing teams or projects.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad management platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus.
