Role OverviewThe role focuses on driving business process excellence through data-led insights, SAP expertise, and Lean Six Sigma practices to improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and enhance customer experiences in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise processes using SAP modules (SD, MM, QM, PM), QlikSense, and automation tools.
  • Deliver MIS reports and dashboards for performance tracking and business decisions.
  • Lead process improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean principles.
  • Apply data analysis to identify gaps, solve problems, and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Drive customer-focused process enhancements to improve experience and efficiency.

Candidate ProfileEducation & Certifications

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt, SAP, QlikSense training.

Experience

  • 2–5 years in process improvement, business analysis, or operations, ideally in FMCG.
  • Exposure to process mapping and performance improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
