Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct and oversee background verification processes.
  • Maintain accuracy in client deliverables and achieve KPIs.
  • Interact effectively with clients, showcasing exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Work with large data sets and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Leverage MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and IT systems

Preferred candidate profile

1. Analyst

  • Experience: 13 years in BGV, Data Entry, Mortgage (Verification/Client Servicing), or Customer/Client Servicing

2. Associate Consultant

  • Experience: 2.54 years (relevant experience in Background Verification Employment, Education, UAN, Criminal).

3. Consultant

  • Experience: 4+ years (strictly relevant Background Verification experience Employment, Education, UAN, Criminal).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (BA/B.Com/B.Sc./BAF/BMS/BBA).
  • Strong communication and articulation skills (both written and spoken).
  • Exclusions: HR/Finance backgrounds are not eligible for this role.
