Customer Service/Customer Support Internship in Bangalore

As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Lagorii, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via email, phone, and chat.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Use MS-Excel to analyze customer data and trends to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer retention and satisfaction.
- Help manage the Shopify platform, updating product listings and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in customer support processes.
