Full job description

  • A Product Developer Engineer typically supports a product team by conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and assisting with product development and launch activities. Key responsibilities include gathering data, preparing reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping define and document product requirements and features. The role provides hands-on experience in product management principles and often involves assisting with product roadmaps and tracking performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Research market trends, analyze competitor products, and gather customer feedback to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Product Development Support: Assist in developing new features or products by collecting user input and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user data and product metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Documentation: Help create product documentation, user stories, product requirement documents (PRDs), and user guides.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project management duties, including monitoring progress and coordinating activities across different groups to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on product goals and activities. Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Typically pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data and identifying user needs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with teams and creating clear documentation.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with product management tools like Jira or Figma, and basic understanding of Agile methodologies are often a plus. Learning Opportunities
