We are looking for a
Graphic Designer
to craft stunning visuals that shape brand perception, engage audiences, and define the face of Repos across digital, print, and experiential media. This role isn't about making things look pretty—it's about
creating impact, driving emotion, and telling stories that leave lasting impressions.

Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Visual Storytelling

· Define and execute a
powerful visual identity
for Repos, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

· Develop
story-driven campaigns
that make our audience feel, think, and act.

· Align design thinking with business goals to create visuals that don't just look good—but
perform well.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visuals that
enhance user experience and engagement.

2. Design Execution & Brand Experience

·
Oversee and design end-to-end creatives, including digital ads, website visuals, social media content, emailers, pitch decks, presentations, brochures, and more.

· Lead the brand evolution, ensuring a balance of innovation while staying true to Repos' identity.

· Guide the motion graphics and video team to bring static designs to life through storytelling.

· Establish a design language system to maintain uniformity across all customer touchpoints.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

· Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to push creative boundaries.

· Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and tech teams to translate ideas into visually striking campaigns.

· Set priorities, timelines, and workflows to ensure high-quality execution on tight deadlines.

· Foster a culture of experimentation and creativity, encouraging the team to bring bold, unconventional ideas to life.

4. Innovation & Industry Trends

· Stay ahead of design trends, UI/UX innovations, typography, and branding best practices.

· Experiment with new tools and techniques to continuously elevate Repos' creative output.

· Keep up with changing consumer behaviors to craft designs that resonate in the evolving digital landscape.

5. Performance & Impact Measurement

· Use data-driven insights to optimize visual storytelling.

· Monitor and analyze design performance across platforms, making adjustments based on audience engagement and conversion metrics.

· Implement A/B testing to refine creatives for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

· Experience: 2–8 years in graphic design, branding, or creative direction.

· Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

· Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, campaign design, and creative excellence.

· Experience in performance-driven digital campaigns is a plus.

· Prior leadership experience managing design teams preferred.
