We are seeking a talented and creative
Graphic Designer
to join our team. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content that reflect our brand identity and communicate our message effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of digital and print media, and the ability to bring ideas to life through both static and dynamic visuals.

Success in this position means consistently producing high-quality designs and video edits that attract, inform, and engage our audience. The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in supporting marketing, communications, and product initiatives, ensuring that all creative outputs are visually appealing, on-brand, and delivered on time. This role fits into the organization as a creative partner to the marketing and content teams, contributing to brand growth and customer engagement through design innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Design a wide range of visual content including social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, presentations, infographics, and website assets.
  • Edit, produce, and optimize video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, training materials, and promotional activities.
  • Develop motion graphics and simple animations to enhance video storytelling and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables while incorporating fresh and innovative design and video ideas.
  • Translate creative briefs into effective visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Adapt and repurpose graphics and videos for multiple platforms and formats (desktop, mobile, print, social).
  • Prepare final design and video files for production and publishing, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
  • Stay updated with design, video editing, and motion trends, continuously improving creative output.
  • Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing projects across digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and storytelling principles.
  • Experience producing and editing short-form video content tailored for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Sketch, 3D design, or photographyA successful Graphic Designer in this role consistently delivers visually appealing designs and engaging video edits that enhance the company's brand presence.
