  • Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 10–12 years of experience in the Hospitality, Property, or Facility Management industry.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in managing large residential buildings.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Electrical systems (HT–LT), Plumbing, Fire Protection & Detection, HVAC, Elevators, Security Surveillance Systems, and other essential facility operations.
  • Proven ability to train, assign, organize, prioritize, motivate, supervise, and evaluate the work of assigned team members.
  • Hands-on experience in AMC management and Vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
