Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Jaipur. This full-time, mid-level position is ideal for a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives. Candidates must have worked in a marketing company previously.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing sales (Mandatory skill) to drive business strategy and generate revenue effectively.
  • Proven track record in lead generation (Mandatory skill) with a focus on innovative strategies to capture and nurture prospective clients.
  • Excellent networking (Mandatory skill) skills to establish and maintain connections with industry leaders and potential clients.
  • Proficient in client acquisition, with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong proposal development skills to craft compelling and persuasive business proposals tailored to clients' needs.
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive market research skills to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the industry.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales, and analyze customer data for improved outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking, expanding the company's client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and enhance company revenue. This is a target-based job where meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis is essential. Prepare reports and analyze sales performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align business goals and strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to communicate services and capabilities to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay abreast of industry developments and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Negotiate business contracts and agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and progress through CRM software.

If targets are not completed, there will be a variable salary structure.
