Android Application Developer
with strong proficiency in
Kotlin
to join our dynamic mobile development team in Bangalore. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining innovative mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using
    Kotlin
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs (REST, JSON).
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Android development using
    Kotlin
    .
  • Strong understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
  • Experience with MVVM architecture and Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Room, Navigation).
  • Proficient in working with
    Android Studio
    ,
    Gradle
    , and version control systems like
    Git
    .
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for integration with backend services.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for mobile applications.
