Production Superviser

• Sound knowledge of fabric/yarn dyeing processes, machinery, dyes, and chemicals.
• Understanding of color matching, recipe preparation, and process parameters.
• Ability to handle shift operations and manage teams effectively.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in maintaining production records and ERP data entry.

Key Responsibilities:1. Data Collection and Management

• Collect daily, weekly, and monthly data from various departments such as Production, HR, and Stores.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee and production databases.
• Ensure data integrity and verify accuracy before reporting.

2. Report Generation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Generate dashboards and performance trackers on attendance, efficiency, output, and manpower utilization.
• Support management with ad-hoc data and analysis requirements.

3. Analysis and Insights

• Analyze trends in production efficiency, absenteeism, attrition, and other KPIs.
• Provide insights for cost control, manpower optimization, and performance improvement.
• Highlight anomalies or deviations for corrective action.

4. System and Process Support

• Maintain and update ERP / HRIS / SAP systems regularly.
• Coordinate with IT and operations teams for data automation and system-related issues.
• Support in digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
