We are Hiring for Process Trainer Sales (Banking Process) - Outbound more preferrable

  • Job Title:** Process Trainer Sales (Banking Process) - Out Bound Process ( Most Preferable )
  • Location:** : Thane West - Asher IT Park
  • Experience:** 1 to 2 years in Sales/Banking Training
  • Working Days:** 6 days a week
  • Salary:** Upto 5.5 LPA
  • Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred
  • Relocation facility will provided if any candidate is moving another state

Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver effective product and process training for the DBS Bank Sales subprocess

* Conduct refresher sessions and floor coaching to enhance sales skills

* Monitor performance post-training and drive improvement plans

* Align training modules with banking compliance and product updates

* Support new hire onboarding and batch handling from Day 1

** Requirements:**

* 1 to 9 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in Banking or BFSI

* Strong communication, presentation, and people skills

* Knowledge of sales techniques and banking products (CASA, Loans, etc.)

* Ability to manage multiple batches and maintain training quality

** Preferred:**

  • Candidates with prior experience in Teleperformance or similar BPOs

  • Immediate joiners will be given priority

  • Design and deliver training programs for bank processes, products, and sales techniques to employees.
  • Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) sessions to enhance skills of new hires and existing staff members.
  • Develop insurance training modules for bank customers' financial needs.
  • Manage corporate training initiatives for BFSI clients across various locations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
