Nursery Teacher Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
• Lead classroom activities and facilitate learning through play-based activities
• Monitor and assess children's development, progress and behavior
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and behavior
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Nursery Teacher Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of special education needs and accommodations
• Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities
• Technology skills for educational software and tools
• Creative skills in music, art, or storytelling
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• State teaching certification for Nursery teachers
• 2+ years of experience as a Nursery Teacher
• Strong understanding of child development and education theories
• Excellent organizational and classroom management skills
• Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
