**Job Overview**

**Nursery Teacher Responsibilities & Duties**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Lead classroom activities and facilitate learning through play-based activities
- Monitor and assess children's development, progress and behavior
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and behavior
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training

**Nursery Teacher Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of special education needs and accommodations
- Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities
- Technology skills for educational software and tools
- Creative skills in music, art, or storytelling
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- State teaching certification for Nursery teachers
- 2+ years of experience as a Nursery Teacher
- Strong understanding of child development and education theories
- Excellent organizational and classroom management skills
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
