A Walk-in-Interview /Online Interview will be conducted for the Post of Principal/Academic Director, Jhadeswar International School, an affiliated institution under JET ( affiliation No Balasore, Odisha,.

1. Name of the Post:: Principal/Academic Director, Jhadeswar International School (XIth & XIIth) Balasore, Odisha.

2. Qualification: i) Post-Graduation in any discipline of Science with at least 60% score throughout the career, ii) B.Ed. /M.Ed. degree is essential

3. Experience: Minimum 15 years experience as the Principal / Vice-Principal/Academic Director/Senior Administrator/Senior Faculty member in the senior wing (XIth & XIIth) of any CBSE School of repute.

4. Age: No Bar

5. Salary: As per the 7th pay matrix Rule of Odisha Govt.

6. Desirable Qualities : We are looking for academic talents, who have flair for teaching in an innovative & compelling manner; having a passion to go beyond curriculum to groom the students; competence to participate in institution building activities and good command over spoken English.
