AaoSeekhe is one of India's fastest-growing platforms for Study Abroad, GRE, GMAT & Public Speaking. We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Marketing who can drive high-volume lead generation and manage key outreach activities to support our expansion.

Role: Key Account Manager – Marketing

Primary Goal: Collect minimum 4000 qualified leads per month

2.5 LPA fixed + 50K retention bonus + incentives+ 1 lakh variable pay

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute marketing activities to achieve the monthly target of 4000+ verified leads.
  • Build and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, training centres, and other channels for data collection.
  • Coordinate and supervise marketing interns/outreach teams for on-ground lead collection.
  • Track daily lead numbers, maintain reports, and ensure data quality.
  • Develop new ideas and local campaigns to increase lead flow.
  • Nurture relationships with key academic institutions for continuous lead pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales & counselling teams to align lead requirements.
  • Ensure brand visibility through on-ground marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant fields. MBA Preferred
  • Experience in lead generation, field marketing, or key account handling (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet aggressive targets with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel locally for on-ground activities.
