Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to manage our daily production. This role is vital for ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and meet our strict quality standards. If you have experience leading teams, solving problems on the factory floor, and a commitment to quality, we invite you to apply.
What You'll Do
● Oversee Daily Production: Directly manage all day-to-day activities on the production floor to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
● Monitor Team Performance: Observe and guide your team's performance, providing feedback to help them meet productivity and quality goals.
● Maintain Quality: Ensure all products consistently meet ISVA's high quality standards throughout the production process.
● Enforce Procedures: Make sure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed by the production team for consistency and safety.
● Train Staff: Train and develop production team members, including those with less experience, on proper techniques, safety rules, and company policies.
● Lead On-Floor: Provide active on-floor supervision, engaging with the team, quickly resolving issues, and maintaining a productive work environment.
What We're Looking For
● Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field.
● 2-4 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing or production setting.
● Demonstrated ability to effectively manage daily operations and monitor employee performance.
● Strong understanding of quality standards and experience ensuring they are met.
● Experience in training and developing production staff, including unskilled labor.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills, especially in managing diverse teams.
● Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
● Basic knowledge of food safety practices (like GMP and GHP) is a plus.

Pay: ₹260, ₹390,000.00 per year
