**Job Summary**

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to manage our daily production. This role is vital for ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and meet our strict quality standards. **What You'll Do**
- **Oversee Daily Production**:Directly manage all day-to-day activities on the production floor to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Monitor Team Performance**: Observe and guide your team's performance, providing feedback to help them meet productivity and quality goals.
- **Maintain Quality**: Ensure all products consistently meet ISVA's high quality standards throughout the production process.
- **Enforce Procedures**: Make sure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed by the production team for consistency and safety.
- **Train Staff**: Train and develop production team members, including those with less experience, on proper techniques, safety rules, and company policies.
- **Lead On-Floor**: Provide active on-floor supervision, engaging with the team, quickly resolving issues, and maintaining a productive work environment.

**What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing or production setting.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage daily operations and monitor employee performance.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and experience ensuring they are met.
- Experience in training and developing production staff, including unskilled labor.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, especially in managing diverse teams.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices (like GMP and GHP) is a plus.

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
