Research Analysis Expert

Salary: under 12 LPA

Location: Gurgaon

We are seeking a highly experienced Research Analysis Expert with a strong background in conducting in-depth research and analysis to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred) and 6-7 years of experience in research and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of market research techniques, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools, with expertise in tools such as SPSS, SAS, ect

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in AI-powered research tools such as:

  • NVivo for qualitative data analysis

  • Tableau or Power BI for data visualization

  • Python or R for statistical analysis and machine learning

  • Text analytics tools like Lexalytics or Discover Text for text mining

  • SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics for survey design and analysis

  • Familiarity with AI-driven research platforms like:

  • IBM Watson for data analysis and insights

  • Google Cloud AI Platform for machine learning and analytics

  • Microsoft Azure Machine Learning for predictive modeling

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in research design and methodology

  • Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Strong problem-solving and problem-definition skills
