Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with various accounting functions using Tally ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate e-Way Bills and e-Invoices as per applicable GST norms.
  • Enter and manage sales and purchase transactions accurately in Tally.
  • Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks with complete proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
  • Ensure GST-compliant entries and timely reconciliation of GST returns.
  • Maintain and update accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Support in monthly and annual financial closing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for invoice and billing clarifications.
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
  • Good knowledge of GST rules and compliance.
  • Experience in generating e-Way Bills and e-Invoices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
