Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Planning & execution of annual plant shut down, spares management, preparation of annual budget

  2. Reduction of break down hours / Preventive & predictive Maintenance

  3. AMC/CMC of technical machines & allied equipments (Utility & lab instruments)

  4. Timely bill processing for payment

  5. Maintaining equipment history cards & asset details

  6. Budget planning for the yearly review and capital expenditure, obtaining approval for the same, management of spares and other material.

  7. Leading a team in region

  8. Planning, Scheduling and Controlling of short and long-term activity

  9. Implementation of Fire Fighting and Safety norms.

  10. Technical evaluation of vendors & Contractors for supply of materials & Services

  11. Identification of risks & Preparation of contingency plan to mitigate the same.

  12. NABL & ISO documentation work along with handling statutory compliance work required for various govt. department

  13. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, Fire Alarm system, CCTV, DG set, UPS, ETP, RO plant and HVAC repairs etc. to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities

Required Candidate Profile:

  1. Dynamic leadership qualities

  2. Analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities

  3. Knowledge of Low flash point organic chemicals & static current safety

  4. Manage change processes; maintain discipline; ability to cope up with stress

  5. Proficient in computer

  6. Excellent Communication & coordination skills
