We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment as well as generalist HR activities,, ensuring seamless HR operations and an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels for candidate sourcing.
- Maintain an applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further evaluation.
- Handle offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
Generalist HR Functions:
- Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Handle employee grievances and address concerns in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely documentation and maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR policies.
- Assist in attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Conduct training sessions on company policies, compliance, and soft skills.
- Support HR compliance by staying updated on labor laws and industry regulations.
- Contribute to HR reports and analytics for management review.
