Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels for candidate sourcing.
  • Maintain an applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
