ob Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our brand presence on Flipkart. The role requires strong expertise in marketplace operations, sales growth strategies, and account management. The ideal candidate will drive revenue, optimize listings, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Handle day-to-day operations of the Flipkart seller/vendor account.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and visibility on Flipkart.
  • Listing & Content Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings (images, titles, descriptions, keywords).
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, ads, and offers on Flipkart.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure availability, and coordinate with seller.
  • Pricing Strategy: Manage competitive pricing while ensuring profitability.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales reports, campaign performance, and customer feedback to improve business.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Flipkart policies, service-level agreements, and brand guidelines.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with Flipkart category managers and resolve escalations.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, marketplace trends, and suggest improvements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Flipkart accounts (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub, Ads Manager, and reports.
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations (pricing, promotions, returns, logistics).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate.
  • Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Meesho, Jiomart, Azio, Flipkart Myntra, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and performance ads is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
