Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Recruiter. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions, coordinating with hiring managers, and building relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining recruitment metrics, organizing interviews and onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with company hiring standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and tracking recruitment metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance policies
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Ahmedabad
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
