Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and focused Tele-calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in customer service who are looking to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Actively listen to customer concerns to understand their needs
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
- Build rapport through friendly and open communication
- Proactively check customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Customer-first attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Basic computer proficiency
