Primary Skills: Hands-on Exp in Resiliency Testing, Load Testing & Performance Testing

  • Design and execute Testing Strategies for assessing the resiliency of applications, systems and networks
  • Develop implement and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts focused on resiliency and recovery scenarios
  • Perform stress testing, load testing and failure testing to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement
  • Analyze test results and provide clear actionable feedback to stakeholders
  • Work on root cause analysis of failures and recommend improvements to architecture processes and technologies to enhance system reliability
  • Monitor system behavior during tests and document findings highlighting potential risks and mitigation strategies Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software testing quality assurance or systems engineering with a focus on resiliency testing
  • Strong understanding of system architecture networking and database management
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks e.g. Rational Performance Tester, JMeter and programming scripting languages e.g. Python, Java
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams Preferred Skills
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of cyber security principles and practices
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools
