You will work on
NBFC partnerships, onboarding lenders, listing loan offers, and scaling the marketplace
.

in an early-stage startup where

What You Will Work On (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) NBFC & Lender Partnerships
- Identify and research
NBFCs, Banks, and lending partners - Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Explain the LoanBoat platform and
lead-based commission model - Handle end-to-end
NBFC onboarding
from first call to live listing - Coordinate agreement discussions and onboarding requirements
Loan Offer Listing & Management
- Collect loan product details: interest rates, tenure, eligibility, fees
- Ensure accurate listing of partner offers on the platform
- Coordinate with product/tech teams for updates and corrections
- Regularly update offers based on partner changes
Partner Relationship Management
- Act as the main contact person for onboarded NBFC partners
- Handle partner queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Maintain strong working relationships with lenders
- Support partner growth and lead performance
Operations, Reporting & Tracking
- Track partner onboarding status and lead flow
- Maintain internal trackers, reports, and dashboards
- Share regular updates with the founder
- Help improve onboarding and operational processes
Market Research & Strategy Support
- Research competitor loan marketplaces and NBFC products
- Identify gaps, new partnership opportunities, and improvements
- Support preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and documents
- Contribute ideas to scale partnerships and revenue
Startup Ownership & Execution
- Work in a
fast-paced startup environment - Meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Take ownership of assigned work with minimal supervision
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and learning on the go
Who Should Apply
Final-year students or fresh graduates
MBA / BBA / Commerce / Finance / Business background preferred
Strong interest in
fintech, NBFCs, partnerships, and startups
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, emails, and calls
Self-driven, disciplined, and willing to take responsibility
Previous fintech or NBFC exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
