Experience Required:

2–5 years in QA/QC / Site Supervision in Solar projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation of solar panels, MMS (Module Mounting Structures), and electrical connections.
  • Conduct material testing (concrete, steel, soil, asphalt, aggregates) as per IS/MORTH/IRC standards.
  • Ensure quality compliance during foundation, RCC pedestal, and structural works.
  • Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), maintain QA/QC documentation and test reports.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and project managers for smooth execution.
  • Monitor site activities including cable laying, grading, pavement laying, and inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
